Our scheduling coordinator will contact you shortly.  Note that your appointment is not considered confirmed until you speak with our office staff.  Our usual office hours are:  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  We are not open Saturday or Sunday.
